摘　　要：阐述了新建医院土建完成后大量设备安装中所遇到的问题,对此提出了应用项目管理方法。根据内装进度合理安排设备安装的进程,并以手术室、放射科、检验科等设备安装为例,解决了新建医院过程中专用设备如何配合内装同步施工的问题。得出了医学工程人员不仅需具备设备的理论知识,而且要掌握管理学知识的结论,这对新医院建设具有重要的指导意义。The problems were described during equipment installation in a new hospital after civil engineering construction was completed. Project management method was applied, and equipment installation was arranged based on the progress of internal fitting, with the equipment installation in operating room, radiology department, clinical laboratory department and etc as examples. The medical engineer has to master the knowledge on equipment and management to contribute to the construction of new hospital.
