摘  要:绿道是城市生态安全的保障,是城市发展的生命脉络。滨水绿道是沿城市水系展开的绿道,是城市绿道网络的重要组成部分。以生态效应为准则发展滨水绿道,是城市可持续发展的重要保证。滨河绿道有利于构建和谐社会、迈向幸福城市,有利于编制生态网络、共享环境效益,有利于拓展应急水源、保障用水安全。在张家港市一干河修建性详细规划的实践中,我们提出了"积极保护生态环境,全力维护城市用水系统安全;充分整合现有资源,建立更有吸引力的慢行系统;基于人的行为分析,强化沿河服务设施共建共享;悉心梳理沿河文脉,延续并凸显一干河自身特色。"的绿道发展策略,在张家港生态城市的建设过程中,取得了较好的生态效应、经济效应和社会效应。Green road is the protection of urban ecological security, is the life context of urban development. Waterfront greenway is spread along the city river greenway, is an important part of city green road network. The ecological effect as the criteria for the development of waterfront greenway, is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of the city. Riverside greenway is conducive to building a harmonious society, towards the city of happiness, is conducive to the preparation of eco network, shared environmental benefits, is beneficial to the development of the emergency water, protect water security. In the practice of the detailed planning of the construction on a river of Zhangjiagang City, we put forward "actively protect the ecological environment, fully protect the safety of urban water system, full integration of existing resources and establish a more attractive slow system; based on human behavior analysis, strengthening river service facilities sharing; careful combing along the context, the continuation and highlight the characteristics of a river." The development strategy of the green road, in the process of the construction of the ecological city of Zhangjiagang, has achieved good ecological effect, economic effect and social effect.
