需求层次理论视角下城镇居家养老服务需求分析——基于H县的调查数据

摘　　要：城镇居家养老服务的需求主要包括生活照料服务需求、精神慰藉服务需求和医疗保健服务需求。根据H县的问卷调查数据,实证分析了这3个层次的需求情况及影响因素。据此,提出了关注高龄老人的居家养老需求,创新居家养老服务模式;营造社区老年文化,倡导"四老"新风尚;完善顶层设计,克服制度碎片化;加快构建医养结合新模式,推进银色产业快速发展;加强服务人员培训,提高个性化服务水平等对策建议。Urban home care needs mainly include life care service needs,spiritual solace service needs and medical care service needs.According to the survey data from H County,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the current situation of the three levels of care service needs and its influencing factors. Based on this,it gives some countermeasures such as focusing on old people＇s home care service needs and innovating the service model; creating a community culture for the elderly and advocating the new trend of＂silao＂; improving the top-level design and overcoming the system fragmentation; accelerating the construction of a new model of combining the medical support with pension support and promoting the rapid development of the silver industry; strengthening service personnel＇ s training and improving the level of personalized service.
