摘 要:目的构建海军护理人员远洋卫勤保障任务核心能力的指标体系。方法采用德尔菲(Delphi)专家函询法等建立海军护理人员远洋卫勤保障任务核心能力的指标体系。结果专家函询的权威程度系数为0.825,判断系数为0.865,熟悉程度为0.785;海军护理人员远洋卫勤保障任务核心能力指标体系包括个人综合素质储备、远洋卫勤专业知识、远洋卫勤护理能力3部分,其中Ⅰ级指标3个,Ⅱ级指标29个。结论 Delphi法构建的海军护理人员远洋卫勤保障任务核心能力指标体系具有较高的权威性和科学性,为护理人员远洋卫勤保障任务系统岗前培训及护理人力资源的设置提供了参考,有利于海军护理人员远洋卫勤保障能力的整体提升。Objective To establish nursing staff ocean medical support mission index system of core competence. Methods Using qualitative research and Delphi expert consultation method(Delphi),the navy paramedics ocean medical support mission index system of core competence was established. Results The authority coefficient was 0.825,the judgment coefficient was 0.865,and the familiarity was 0.785. The navy paramedics ocean medical support mission core competency index system contained personal medical professional knowledge,comprehensive quality reserves,ocean medical nursing ability,including 3 primary level indicators,29 secondary level indicators. Conclusion The navy paramedics ocean medical support mission core competency index system established by Delphi method has high authority and is scientific,can provide reference for ocean medical support mission for nursing personnel's systematic pre-service training and scientifically setting up nursing human resources,and can promote medical support ability of the navy nurses.
