摘　　要：肾阳虚证为中医常见基本证型之一,也是学术界研究的热点问题,其研究已经深入到神经生物学、细胞分子免疫学、亚细胞学、基因组学、代谢组学、蛋白质组学等领域。随着现代科学技术的不断发展,蛋白质组学在中医证候学的研究中逐渐体现出了其不可替代的优势。通过查阅近几年文献,重点从肾阳虚证模型和临床研究两方面对蛋白质组学在肾阳虚证研究中的进展做一综述。Yang deficiency of kidney is one of the common basic syndromes of TCM,is also a hot issue in academia.It is no surprise that the research has been into the neurobiology,cell and molecular immunology and cell biology,genomics,proteomics,metabolomics etc.With the continuous development of modern science and technology of proteomics in the research of TCM syndrome study gradually reflects its irreplaceable advantage.The author focus on the model of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome and clinical research on proteomics in the process of study about Yang deficiency syndrome by reviewing recent literature in recent years.
