摘　　要：顽固性蛋白尿是影响肾脏病转归的一个重要指标。张宗礼教授认为顽固性蛋白尿多属本虚标实之证,本虚除脾肾亏虚外,亦不能忽略肺虚;标实除湿热血瘀外,应重视热邪,尤以夏秋季节更为明显。治法以滋阴清热为主,并取得了很好的疗效,其强调滋阴清热取轻平之法,太过反而适得其反。Intractable proteinuria is an important indicator of the prognosis of renal disease.Professor Zong Li Zhang think intractable protein urine is the virtual reality of the card,this empty except for asthenia of both the spleen and kidney,also can not ignore the deficiency of the lung;standard dehumidification heat blood stasis should be pay more attention to the pathogenic heat,especially in summer and autumn is more obvious.Treatment with nourishing yin and clearing heat,emphasis on Nourishing Yin and clearing heat from light flat,too but just the opposite,and achieved good effect.
