摘 要:目的:探讨序贯式糖尿病教育对社区糖尿病患者血糖代谢的影响。方法:将68例糖尿病患者分为实验组和对照组各34例,对照组给予常规糖尿病教育,实验组给予序贯式糖尿病教育。比较两组教育前和教育后6个月糖尿病知识水平、糖尿病自我管理能力、血糖代谢指标3个方面的变化。结果:糖尿病教育后6个月,实验组和对照组糖尿病知识问卷、自我管理量表评分均比教育前明显提高(P<0.01);实验组糖尿病知识问卷、自我管理量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。糖尿病教育后6个月,实验组与对照组FBG、2 h PBG均比教育前明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),实验组FBG、2 h PBG、Hb A1c水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:序贯式糖尿病教育可改善糖尿病患者的血糖代谢。Objective: To explore the effect of sequential education on blood glucose metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus( DM) in community. Methods: 68 diabetic patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group( 34 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine health education on diabetes and the sequential health education was adopted in the experimental group. The change of the patient's level of diabetes- related knowledge,self- management ability and the indexes of blood glucose metabolism was compared between the two groups before and after 6 months of education. Results: The scores of awareness of patient's knowledge about the disease and self- management ability were significantly higher and improved in the two groups after 6months of education compared with those before education( P〈0. 01); the scores of awareness of patient's knowledge about the disease and self- management ability were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group( P〈0. 05); the level of FBG and 2 h PBG were significantly improved after 6 months of education compared with that before education in the two groups( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01);the level of FBG,2 h PBG and Hb Alc was lower in the experimental group than the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The sequential health education can improve blood glucose metabolism in patients with type 2 DM.
