摘　　要：目的:探讨运动疗法对医院-家庭过渡期帕金森病(PD)患者的影响。方法:将104例PD患者随机分为对照组53例和观察组51例,对照组出院前1 d给予常规出院宣教,观察组接受为期3个月的医院-家庭过渡期运动疗法,比较两组入院时、出院1个月及3个月后运动功能和生活质量。结果:干预后观察组运动功能和生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在医院-家庭过渡期对PD患者实施运动疗法,有助于改善患者的运动功能和生活质量。Objective： To explore the effect of cinesiotherapy on patients with Parkinson＇s disease in the hospital- family transition period. Methods： 104 patients with Parkinson＇s disease were randomly divided into the control group（ n = 53） and the observation group（ n =51）. The conventional health education was given to the patients in the control group one day before discharge and the patients in the observation group received cinesiotherapy for 3 months in the hospital- family transition period,the motor function and quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups respectively on admission and in one and 3 months after discharge. Results： The motor function and quality of life of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after the intervention（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Implementation of cinesiotherapy is conducive to the improvement of the motor function and quality of life of the patients with Parkinson＇s disease in the hospital- family transition period.
