改良静脉穿刺法在老年中度水肿患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良静脉穿刺法在老年中度水肿患者中的应用效果。方法:将240例老年中度水肿患者随机分为观察组与对照组各120例,对照组应用传统静脉穿刺法穿刺,观察组采用改良静脉穿刺法穿刺,比较两组静脉穿刺成功率。结果:观察组浅静脉充盈程度及一次性成功率高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组穿刺时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及穿刺并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:改良静脉穿刺法用于老年中度水肿患者能够提高静脉显露充盈度和一次性穿刺成功率,缩短穿刺时间、减轻穿刺痛苦以及降低穿刺并发症发生率。Objective： To explore the effect of the improved venipuncture in elderly patients with moderate edema. Methods： 240 elderly patients with moderate edema were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（ 120 cases in each group）. The traditional venipuncture method was used in the control group and the improved venipuncture method was adopted in the observation group,the success rate of venipuncture was compared between the two groups. Results： The superficial venous filling degree and one- time success rate of venipuncture was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 01）; the puncture time,the score of visual analogue scale（ VAS） and incidence of venipuncture complications were significantly shorter and lower in the observation group than those in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The improved venipuncture method for elderly patients with moderate edema can improve venous filling degree and the success rate of puncture,shorten the time and relieve the pain of the patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
