学术不端现象中编辑行为失范及其预防

摘　　要：少数学术期刊编辑在工作中存在的行为失范现象,在一定程度上助长了学术不端风气的蔓延,主要包括篡改、编造专家意见,随意更改、增加作者署名,违规操作造成作者被"一稿多发",通过增减参考文献进行恶意竞争等。这不仅有碍期刊的良性发展,也扰乱了学术秩序,破坏了学术的公平。作为学术论文质量"守门员"的期刊编辑应恪守编辑职业道德规范,在编辑出版过程中不造假、不纵假;建立健全监督管理机制,使编辑在各个工作环节中有章可循、有据可依,同时要加大社会监督的力度,共同守望学术良知,净化社会风气。There can be found some unruly behaviors in the editorial work of a few periodicals, which contribute to a certain degree to academic misconducts. These include interpolations, compilation of expert opinions, varying or adding author names,operations against rules leading to falsified ＂multi-submissions＂of the author, vicious competitions through adding or taking away references, and the like. This impedes the healthy development of periodicals, violates academic regulations and damages academic fairness. As＂goalkeepers＂guaranteeing quality of academic papers, editors should strictly abide by their professional ethics and rid themselves of such behaviors as producing or tolerating fake information. Supervising and managing mechanisms should be built up or strengthened so that rules can be found and abided by in every stage of editorial work, and at the same time, societal supervision should be enhanced for a well-kept academic conscience and a purified social mode.
