摘　　要：清官人格是中国古代廉政文化的精神载体,清官的记载遍布历史上每个朝代的各个时期,正史、野史中如缕不绝。清官产生于封建专制时代,其思想观念都有一定的历史局限性,但他们孝亲、智慧、俭朴戒贪、爱民如子等优秀人格特征却有超越时代和阶级的普适价值。当前我国正处于反腐倡廉和党风廉政建设的关键时期,对古代清官身上所折射出来的闪光的人格特征及其成因进行深刻总结,具有重要的理论和现实意义。Honest officials＇ personality is the carrier of Chinese ancient integrity culture and there are lots of records of honest officials from any time of any dynasty in official or unofficial history. Although honest officials belong to the feudal era and their personality has characters of autocracy, their wisdom, diligence, frugality, and affection for the general public and other excellent personalities still show a universal value transcending time and class. China is presently in the key period of combatting corruption and promoting integrity and Party style, and a serious summary of the characters of those ancient officials will be of great significance both theoretically and practically.
