摘  要:为解决电力电子技术实验设备中模拟式晶闸管触发电路对晶闸管触发角难以精确控制的问题,设计制作了数字式相控触发信号发生器。以MSP430F169单片机为核心,通过按键输入主电路类型和触发角度值,单片机发出相应控制信号给专用的移相触发集成芯片TCA785和TC787,为单相桥式整流电路、单相交流调压电路、三相桥式整流电路和三相交流调压电路实验提供更精准的触发信号,使实验的效率更高、操作更方便,在实验教学中应用效果良好。In order to solve the problem that the simulate trigger circuit of thyristor is difficult to precisely control the trigger angle of thyristor in the experiments of power electronics technology,the digital phase controlled trigger generator has been designed and produced.Taking the MSP430F169 microcontroller as the core,the main circuit type and trigger angle value were entered with a keyboard,microcontroller transmitted the corresponding control signal to the special phase-shifter trigger IC TCA785 and TC787,to provide more accurate trigger signals to the experiments of single-phase bridge rectifier circuit,single-phase AC voltage regulating circuit,three-phase bridge rectifier circuit and three-phase AC voltage regulating circuit.Hence,the efficiency of the experiment is improved and the operation is more convenient,which can be better applied in the experimental teaching.
