摘　　要：为了提高我国高校仪器设备采购的透明度,提供更便捷、更优质的信息化服务,以南京林业大学开发的"仪器设备购置及合同查询系统"为例,介绍其技术路线、总体设计及其各模块的主要功能和操作实现。用户可通过该系统实时查询仪器设备的购置进度、合同维保信息、收到仪器设备维保截止期的短信提醒,以及实时查看统计数据。这为规范高校的仪器设备管理工作、提升仪器设备采购的基础性信息化水平具有一定的参考价值。To improve overall transparency of the universities＇ purchase of instruments and equipment,make sure to supply the convenient and high-quality service for universities users,this article takes a system called the purchase of instruments and equipment and the inquire of contract system developed by Nanjing Forestry University as an example,and introduces its technology path,overall design,main function and realization of each module.Users can inquire the purchasing progress of instruments and equipment,contact maintenance information,receive SMS alert on maintenance deadline at regular time and review relevant statistical data at real time finally.In conclusion,there are some reference values provided by the system to regulate the instruments and equipment management work of universities and improve the fundamental informationization level of instruments and equipment purchasing.
