摘　　要：考察分析我国高等药学教育发展状况,特别是实践教学的现状和不足,四川大学华西药学院励精图治、勇于创新,不断加强实践教学创新平台的改革和优化,建立了满足学生自主学习—自主实践—生师互动的一站式新型实践教学运行和管理模式。实践表明,该举措有力地促进了药学拔尖创新人才的培养,极大地推动了实践教学质量的提高。By analyzing the present situation in development of higher pharmacy education in China,especially in the current situation and deficiency in practical teaching,West China School of Pharmacy of Sichuan University makes the innovation and arouses its all efforts to continuously strength the reform and optimization of the innovation platform in practical teaching,and then establishes novel practical teaching and administration patterns to provide one-stop source for meeting the students＇ autonomous learning-independent practicestudent-teacher interaction.The practice has shown that those patterns can forcefully promote the training of innovative talents in pharmacy,and greatly enhance the quality of practical teaching.
