摘　　要：结合2014年12月31日财政部颁布的《政府采购竞争性磋商采购方式管理暂行办法》,论述竞争性磋商与竞争性谈判的区别以及竞争性磋商的优势与特点。以类似于高校设备采购的政府服务项目采购为例,结合实际讲述了竞争性磋商在高校设备采购中的应用前景。Based on the ＂Interim Measures for the Management of Competitive Negotiation Procurement in Government Procurement,＂which is promulgated by the Ministry of Finance in December 31,2014,this paper discusses the difference between competitive negotiation and competitive negotiations,and the characteristics of competitive negotiation.Taking the procurement of government services as an example,which is similar to the university equipment procurement,the of prospect application of competitive negotiation in university equipment purchase is described.
