摘  要:目的为了解医院门诊病人对分时段预约就诊及影响因素,推行精细化管理,提高门诊分时段就诊满意度。方法应用自行设计的问卷,采用方便抽样调查方法对来我院门诊就诊的450名病人进行自填式问卷调查。结果有68.9%的患者选择分时段就诊,16.1%的患者无所谓或不清楚,14.9%的患者不选择分时段就诊。不选择的主要原因是担心不可预见的原因迟到而受惩罚。结论医院精细化应用于预约号源的管理,在预约时让患者自主选择就诊时段,实行分时段就诊,可以大大减少病人迟到的概率,使门诊优质医疗资源有效利用。Objective To understand the outpatient visit according to the recommendation time and factors relating influence,advance fine management,improve the outpatients' satisfaction on visit according to the recommendation time. Methods Questionnaire was self-designed. Using convenience sampling method chose 450 patients of our hospital outpatient to fill in the questionnaire survey by themselves. Results 68.9% of the patients chose the visit according to the recommendation time,16.1% of the patients didn't care or were unclear to it,and 14.9% of the patients didn't choose the recommendation time to visit doctors due to they were worried about being published because of being late caused by some unforeseen reasons. Conclusion Hospital fine management has been applied to the administration of the appointment registration, patients can choose the period based on their times to visit a doctor by themselves, and the visit according to the recommendation time was successfully taken, as a result, the probability of late for patients were greatly reduced,at the same time,the outpatient high-quality medical resources were effectively utilized.
