摘 要:在品管圈活动中,科室采取学习培训、建立健全机构,加强引导、引入激励政策和增强荣誉感等措施,19名护理人员职业认同感由85.19%提升到96.30%,患者对护理工作质量满意度由86.99%提升到97.66%;科室收集的意见、建议超出近5年总和;无医疗纠纷或责任事故发生。在实践中体会到,应进一步做好协调与物资技术保障,找准活动的主题和切入点,优化人员结构,完善激励机制,不断提高品管圈活动质量。In the QCC, the department took the study and training, establish and improve the mechanism,strengthen guidance,the introduction of incentives to enhance the sense of honor and other methods measures,27 nursing professional identity raised to 85.19% from the 96.30%,patient satisfaction,quality of care raised to 86.99%from the 97.66%,before and after comparison of the above,a statistically significant(P0.05);None of the medical disputes or accidents occur. In practice, we realized that, should further improve the coordination and material and technical support, identify themes and entry point activities, constantly optimize the personnel structure, improve the incentive mechanism,and constantly improve the quality of QCC activities.
