基于麦肯锡7S模型的综合医院健康管理中心现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解综合医院健康管理中心的现状及发展中存在的问题和需求,为健康管理中心的发展提供重要参考。方法在文献研究和专家咨询的基础上,采用自行设计的调查问卷对"第8届中国健康管理服务业大会暨中华医学会第六次全国健康管理学学术会议"参会人员进行调查,用SPSS17.0对调查结果进行统计分析。结果综合医院健康管理中心现行的组织结构比较合理,组织制度比较完善,组织文化比较好,但组织的发展战略和人力资源结构存在不足。结论科学的发展战略、扁平的组织结构、健全的组织制度、良好的组织文化和合理的人力资源结构能够促进综合医院健康管理中心更快更好地发展。Objective To understand the current situation, existing problem and demands of the health management center in general hospitals, to provide some references for the development of health management center.Method The people attending the 6th health management conference of China Medical Association and the 8th China health industry forum were investigated by the questionnaire survey based on the literature research and experts consultation. The data was analyzed with SPSS17.0 software. Result The aspect of organization structure,institutional and organization culture of the health management center is good,but there is a shortage of strategy and human resources.Conclusion The scientific development strategy,the flat organizational structure,the perfect organization system,the good organization culture and the reasonable human resources structure can promote the development of general hospital health management center.
