基于PMO组织模式的项目知识管理结构设计

摘　　要：知识经济时代,知识越来越成为了项目成功和组织发展的重要因素。文章以项目和项目型组织的知识管理为对象,分析了项目知识管理中存在的问题,指出了造成项目管理实施能力障碍、项目知识管理能力不足的主要原因;设计了以PMO组织模式为项目知识管理中心和媒介的项目知识管理框架模型对项目知识进行从项目层面到组织层面的有效收集、编码、储存和传递以提高项目及项目型组织知识管理绩效进和组织竞争力,;并提出了保证以PMO为核心的保证项目知识管理模式成功实施的四个注意事项。In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge becomes one of much more important factors of a project’s success and an organization’s development. This paper focuses on the knowledge management of a project and its organization. Through the analysis of the shortages of existing project knowledge management,the paper points out the reasons for the obstacle of project implementation and the loss of project knowledge management abilities. Then it puts forward the mode of the project knowledge management based on the PMO pattern as the center and the medium of project knowledge management framework model to more effectively collect, code, store and transmit the project knowledge in order to improve project and project organization. It also points out four points to guarantee the implementation of this management pattern based on the PMO at last.
