摘　　要：文章介绍了近几年我国牛仔布用纱的技术创新,包括弹力包芯纱及竹节纱的技术创新、彩点纱及麻灰纱在牛仔织物上应用、牛仔纱采用紧密纺技术、纯棉牛仔纱创新采用精梳工艺、创新开发多纤组合牛仔纱等。分析了牛仔纱质量控制措施要点,指出了提高纱线的强力措施、改善纱线条干均匀度的措施、纱线的重量不匀率与重量偏差的控制措施和控制好纱线络筒接头的措施。The paper introduces the technological innovations of yarn for denim fabric achieved in China over the past few years, including the technological innovation of core-spun elastic yarn and slubby yarn, the application of knickerbocker yarn and heather yarn in denim fabric; compact spinning technology for denim yarn, combing process being introduced to pure cotton denim yarn production, the development of multi-fiber composite denim yarn, etc. It analyzes the measures and key points of quality control for denim yarn, points out the measures for improving yarn strength and yarn evenness, for controlling yarn weight unevenness and weight deviation and for better controlling winding joint.
