摘  要:研究了从铜转炉烟灰中回收铜、锌等有价金属。试验结果表明:用稀硫酸浸出烟灰,最佳浸出条件为液固体积质量比5∶1,温度50℃,浸出时间2h,硫酸用量10g/100g烟灰;用Fe粉从浸出液中置换铜,最佳置换条件为过铁系数30%,反应温度40℃,反应时间1h;采用针铁矿法除铁,最佳条件为反应时间4h,反应温度90℃,pH=3;以碱式碳酸锌形式回收锌,锌回收率达98.8%。Recovery of copper,zinc and other valuable metals from copper converter dust was studied.The results shows that the optimum conditions for leaching of copper,zinc and other valuable metals are liquid-to-solid ratio of 5∶1,temperature of 50 ℃,leaching time of 2h,sulfuric acid amount of 10g/100 g dust.The optimum conditions for replacing of copper from the leaching solution are iron powder over coefficient of 30%,temperature of 40 ℃,reaction time of 1h.The iron in replaced solution is removed by goethite method,the best conditions are reaction time of 4h,temperature of 90℃,solution pH of 3.Final,zinc in the solution which iron and copper was removed is precipitated as basic zinc carbonate,zinc recovery rate is 98.8%.
