摘  要:研究了用HCl气体从粉煤灰盐酸浸出液中提取氯化铝,考察了静置时间、反应温度、HCl气体通入量、浓盐酸洗涤液浓度对氯化铝结晶的影响。结果表明:氯化铝溶液中通入HCl气体可结晶出氯化铝晶体;在常温(25℃)、静置1h、HCl气体通入量25.61L、盐酸洗涤液浓度为37%条件下,氯化铝结晶率为92.74%;该法与其他结晶方法相比,结晶效果良好。The crystallization of aluminum chloride from acidic leaching solution of fly ash by hydrochloric acid was studied.The effects of standing time,reaction temperature,usage of hydrogen chloride gas,concentration of hydrochloric acid using to wash aluminum chloride crystals on crystallization rate of aluminum chloride were examined.The experimental results show that aluminum chloride crystals can be crystallized effectively by pumping hydrogen chloride gas in the solution.The optimum conditions is standing time of 1h,hydrogen chloride gas volume of 25.61 L,concentration of hydrochloric acid using to wash crystals of 37% at room temperature.Under the conditions,the crystallization rate of aluminum chloride is 92.74%.Compared with other methods,the method is better for crystallizing aluminum chloride.
