摘　　要：研究了采用焙烧浸出法脱除硫酸渣中的硫,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、WJ试剂添加量对硫脱除率的影响。结果表明:在500℃、WJ试剂添加量占硫酸渣质量10%条件下焙烧0.5h,硫酸渣中硫质量分数降至0.29%,达到炼铁原料要求。The removal of sulfur in pyrite cinder by roasting-leaching was studied.The effect of roasting temperature,roasting time and WJ additive amount on removal of sulfur were examined.The results show that sulfur content in pyrite cinder can be decreased to 0.29% when the pyrite cinder is roasted for 0.5hat 500 ℃ with WJ additive amount accounting 10% to pyrite cinder.The roasted pyrite cinder meets the requirements of iron making.
