摘  要:针对传统紫外光谱仪体积大、价格昂贵、测量时间长的缺点,研制了基于STM32和CPLD的小型化近紫外光谱仪。该仪器以STM32为主控制器,用CPLD驱动具有3 648像素的紫外增强型线阵CCD来采集光信号,采用SD卡存储数据并通过液晶屏来显示测量结果。该系统主要由分光模块、信号采集与处理模块、A/D转换模块和STM32控制处理模块构成。利用多块线阵CCD,实现了从近紫外到可见光波段的测量。采用低压汞灯作为标定光源,利用三次多项式拟合的算法,实现对光谱仪的波长定标。所设计的仪器体积小、质量轻、成本低、稳定性好、操作简单,具有一定的实际推广价值。According to the problem that traditional ultraviolet spectrometers are bigger,more expensive,and longer time spending,a near ultraviolet spectrometer was studied. Based on the design principle of smaller-size spectrometer,UV enhanced liner CCD with 3 648 Pixels was chosen and this spectrometer was controlled by STM32,signal was collected by the CCD which was driven by a CPLD,then the data was stored in SD card,and the results were displayed at a LCD screen. The whole working system includes spectral module,data acquisition and processing module,A/D conversion module and processing control module based on STM32. Three pieces of liner CCD were used to realize the measurement from near ultraviolet to visible wavelengths. In order to correct,low pressure mercury lamp was used as light source,and the standards for wavelengths with the three polynomial fitting algorithm were given. The instrument has the advantages of small volume,light weight,low cost,good stability,simple operation,thus can be widely used in industry in future.
