摘 要:针对现有光纤光栅解调系统存在的非线性和温度敏感性现状,提出并实验验证了一种基于梳状滤波器的波长解调方案。通过测试分析了梳状滤波器和可调谐Fabry-Perot滤波器的光学特性。并利用光学仿真软件Optisystem构建试验平台进行仿真计算,仿真结果和理论结果具有很好的一致性。搭建了解调实验平台,通过温度特性试验,实现了光纤光栅传感器对温度良好的线性特性。测试结果表明:系统精确度较高,测量误差小于3 pm,波长均方误差小于1.4 pm。Aiming at the status that the sensitive temperature characteristics and nonlinear of fiber grating wavelength demodulation method,an optimized wavelength demodulation method based on comb filter was proposed and experimentally verified recently. By testing data,the optical properties of comb filter and Fabry- Perot tunable filter were analyzed. Test platform was built based on optical simulation software Optisystem,and the simulation results and theoretical results were in good agreement. The hardware platform of the demodulation system was built to achieve a good linear by testing temperature characteristic. The experimental results indicate that the accuracy of system is high,and the measurement error is less than 3 pm,the mean square error of the wavelength is smaller than 1. 4 pm.
