摘  要:采用响应面分析法对超声波辅助提取红肉火龙果茎多糖的工艺进行优化。选取液料比、超声功率、浸提时间和浸提温度4个因素进行单因素试验,在此基础上进行四因素三水平的响应面优化试验。结果表明,火龙果茎多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:液料比16.55∶1,超声功率268 W,浸提时间8 min,浸提温度54℃。在此提取条件下,红肉火龙果茎多糖的提取率达到2.755%。An ultrasonic-assisted procedure for extraction of polysaccharides from red pulp pitaya stem was investigated by response surface method( RSM). Four technological parameters,including liquid material ratio,ultrasonic power,extraction time and extraction temperature were selected to conduct the single factor tests,and then optimized by response surface analysis( RSA) with four factors and three levels. The results showed that the optimal conditions for extraction were as follows: liquid-to-solid ratio was16. 55 ∶ 1,ultrasonic power was 268 W,digestion time was 8 min,digestion temperature was 54 ℃. Under those conditions,the actual yield of polysaccharides was up to 2. 755%.
