摘 要:某超限高层结构因受制于建筑体型、平面布局、使用功能等因素,框架柱、梁截面尺寸受限,且无法增设剪力墙,采用一般的框架—核心筒结构体系难以满足规范关于层间位移角及位移比限值的要求。文章阐述了钢斜撑在超限高层结构设计中提高抗侧刚度及抗扭刚度的作用,介绍了跨层钢斜撑的合理设置、节点构造以及增设钢斜撑前后的分析计算对比,并简要摘录了结构抗震性能化设计的计算结果。Restricted by the building size,architecture layout and using function,the section size of frame columns and beams are limited and the shearwall could not be increased also in an exceed- code highrise structure. So the interlayer displacement angle and displacement ratio can not meat the standard limit by adopting the normal frame- corewall structure system. In this paper the function of steel diagonal bracing in enhancing the lateral stiffness and torsional stiffness of the exceed- code high- rise structure is expounded. The diagonal bracing setting,the joint construction,the analysis and calculation comparison before and after adding diagonal bracing are introduced. The results of performance- based seismic design of structure are given briefly.
