摘　　要：分析了建筑设备振动的传递过程,研究了一种有效解决设备振动和噪声传递的综合隔振降噪施工技术方案,即在设备与建筑结构间、管道间、管道与建筑结构间等处设置一定技术措施,以隔断或降低建筑设备振动的传递。工程实践证明,该技术方案可系统地解决了复杂建筑设备系统的振动和噪声污染难题,达到隔振降噪的效果。In this paper,the construction technology scheme of vibration and noise transmission are studied by analyzing the vibration transfer process of building equipment. Between the equipment and building structures,equipment and pipeline,pipeline and building structures,setting a certain technical measures,cut off or reduce the transmission of vibration of construction equipment. The engineering practice proves that the technology scheme can solve the problem of vibration and noise pollution of complex building equipment system,and achieve the effect of vibration isolation and noise reduction.
