摘 要:研究了不同条件下铁碳微电解对食用油废水的处理效果。通过单因素条件试验研究Fe/C面积比、溶液中H_2O_2浓度、反应时间和pH值等操作条件对铁碳微电解处理食用油废水效果的影响,从而得到铁碳微电解处理食用油废水的最优条件及和各操作条件对处理效果的影响规律。结果表明:在所研究范围内,铁碳微电解处理食用油废水的最优条件:铁碳表面积比为2:750000,反应时间t为60min,溶液初始pH值为4,溶液初始H2O2浓度为5mg/L。在该最优条件下进行实验,所得COD去除率高达98%。研究结果表明铁碳微电解法能有效处理食用油废水。In this paper,effects of edible oil wastewater treated by iron- carbon micro- electrolysis were studied under different conditions. Through single factor condition experiments,the optimal conditions and influence law of treating effects under different conditions were determined by studying the influence of Fe / C area ratio,initial H2O2 concentration,reaction time and initial p H on the treating effects of edible oil wastewater treated by iron- carbon micro- electrolysis.Results showed that the optimal conditions for edible oil wastewater treated by iron- carbon micro- electrolysis were Fe / C area ratio of 2: 75000,initial solution concentration of H2O25 mg / L,reaction time of 60 min,initial p H of 7. Taking COD removal rate as the treating effects of edible oil wastewater treated by iron- carbon micro- electrolysis,COD removal rate under optimal conditions reached 98%. Results showed that edible oil wastewater can be effectively degraded by iron-carbon micro- electrolysis under suitable operation conditions.
