摘 要:功图计产技术已在长庆油田规模应用,结合多年的现场应用实际,从功图计产原理入手,分析影响功图计产精度的主要因素。提出在载荷、位移传感器等硬件故障、信号漂移、失真,功图计产软件及基础数据更新维护等方面需要注意的问题。针对这些现场应用中容易发生的问题,提出载荷传感器免卸载在线标定,仪表自诊断,故障定位等完善想法,提高硬件可维护性;提出软件、数据完整性等方面改进完善的想法。进一步提高功图计产精度,切实指导现场油井管理。Power diagram of production technology has been in the large scale applications of Changqing Oilfield,combined with the practice of many years, from the diagram yield principle, analyzes the main factors which influence diagram yield accuracy. This paper proposes in the load, displacement sensor, hardware failure, signal drift, distortion,diagram produced software and basic data updating and maintenance and other aspects need to be pay attention to the problem. In view of these site, it is prone to problems in the application of the load sensor, it puts forward free unloading online calibration,instrument self diagnosis, fault location perfect idea, improving hardware maintainability; it also puts forward the software,data integrity and other improvement ideas. It further improves the diagram yield accuracy,practical guides the field management.
