摘　　要：主要介绍了视觉识别、机器人喷涂、高周波烘干、自动化上料等新技术在汽车制动盘水性漆涂装线的应用,新工艺技术的引进和新设备的应用,实现了制动盘涂装线高度的智能性、柔性化,体现了绿色制造、高效节能、绿色环保涂装设计理念,积极响应了"国家创建环境友好型、低碳环保型的社会"号召。This article mainly introduces the application of new technologies on coating lines with water- based paint for vehicles＂ brake discs, which contains the visual identification, the robot spraying, the high frequency wave drying, the automation of loading material and so on. With the import of new process technologies and application of new equipment, the highly intelligence and flexibility of coating lines for vehicles＂ brake discs has been achieved. On account of this, the concepts of green manufacturing, high efficiency and energy saving and green environmental protection are reflected, which appeals to the calling for environment friendly production and low carbon environmental protection.
