慢阻肺合并慢性肺心病急性加重期患者棘形红细胞与D-二聚体的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并慢性肺心病(CPHD)急性加重期患者静脉血棘形红细胞及与血浆D-二聚体(DD)水平变化的关系。方法:根据是否合并CPHD急性加重期,将144例COPD患者分为两组:COPD合并CPHD急性加重期组(合并组,n=72)及单纯COPD组(COPD组,n=72),并采用相关仪器对其静脉血棘形红细胞进行检测并与同期血浆D-二聚体水平的相应变化进行对比分析。另选同期体检健康者作为对照组(n=80)。结果:合并组棘形红细胞数量较COPD组及对照组均明显升高(P均<0.01),DD水平也相应增高(P<0.01,P<0.05),相互之间呈明显正相关。结论:常规检测静脉血棘形红细胞及血浆DD,对COPD及COPD合并慢性肺心病患者病情的诊断及动态观察,有重要的临床意义。Objective:To observe the relationship between acanthocyte and D-Dimer(DD)levels of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)combined with chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD).Methods:144cases of COPD patients were divided into two groups,COPD combined with acute exacerbations of CPHD group(combined group,n=72)and simple COPD group(COPD group,n=72).Use related instruments to detect the levels of acanthocyte and DD,and then make comparative analysis of the acanthocyte level between the plasma DD level in the corresponding peroid.Moreover,healthy people during the same period were selected as the control group(control group,n=80).Results:The level of acanthocyte in combined group was significantly higher than that in COPD group and control group(P<0.01),the DD level in combined group increased correspondingly(P<0.01,P<0.05),and they were significantly positively related to each other.Conclusion:Routine detection of the levels of acanthocyte and DD has important clinical significance to the diagnosis and dynamic observation in patients with COPD and COPD combined with CPHD.
