优质护理对微创治疗胆管结石术后伤口疼痛情况影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析优质护理对微创治疗胆管结石术后伤口疼痛情况的影响。方法:选择在某院接受微创治疗的80例胆管结石患者,按照随机数字表将80例患者随机分为对照组40例及试验组40例,比较两组患者疼痛评分情况及护理满意度。结果:术后24h及48h,试验组护理满意度高达97.50%,明显高于对照组85.00%(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理有助于减低微创治疗胆管结石患者术后伤口疼痛程度。Objective:To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on wound pain condition after minimally invasive treatment for bile duct stones.Methods:80cases of patients with bile duct stones who received minimally invasive treatment in a hospital were randomly divided into control group and the experiment group according to the random number table,40 cases in each group.The pain scores and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results:24hand 48 hafter the surgery,nursing satisfaction degree in the experimental group was 97.50%,significantly higher than 85.00% in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The high quality nursing can help reduce the wound pain led by minimally invasive treatment of bile duct stones.
