摘  要:为使战斗部能够打击多种目标,在保持原单兵破甲战斗部的质量、外形结构和破甲威力基本不变的条件下,利用新型薄型波形控制器、半预制壳体和精密破甲战斗部技术,设计了破甲/杀伤多用途战斗部。采用射流垂直穿深试验、射流大间隔靶和破片杀伤试验,研究了改进后单兵破甲弹的射流穿深和破片杀伤威力。结果表明,设计的多用途战斗部在大炸高下使射流侵彻带前挂板加厚度80mm/50°均质靶后,还可穿透不低于3块厚度lOmm的9235靶板。周向杀伤破片能穿透距爆心5~lOm处厚度1.5mm的9235鉴证钢板,破片密度不小于2枚/m^2,实现战斗部多功能的打击需求。To make the warhead strike a variety of targets,under the basically unchanged conditions of keeping the mass,configuration and penetration depth of original individual armor-penetrating warhead,a new type of anti-armor and anti-personnel multi-functional warhead was designed by new thin waveform controller,semi-performed fragment shell and precision penetration warhead technology.The improved jet penetrating depth and the fragments lethality of individual armor-penetrating warhead were studied by vertical jet penetration test,big disconnected target test and fragment destruction test.Results show that under the condition of high stand-off,the jet current of the designed multi-purpose warhead can penetrate no less than 3-layer 10 mm Q235after effect target plates after penetrating 80mm/50°homogeneous target plate.The circumferential antipersonnel fragments can penetrate the Q235 verifying armor plate with thickness of 1.5mm,5-10 maway from explosion center,with fragment density not less than 2fragments per square meter.This technology can realize the demand of the warhead multi-function dampen.
