摘  要:通过冷冻干燥法制备了光交联聚乙烯醇-苯乙烯基吡啶盐缩合物(PVA-SbQ)/细菌纤维素(BC)复合气凝胶,采用化学气相沉积的方法,用三氯甲基硅烷对复合气凝胶进行硅烷化改性获得疏水亲油的效果。借助扫描电镜、傅立叶红外光谱仪及接触角测试表明气凝胶表面成功地硅烷化。该复合气凝胶对硅油、机油、豆油的最大吸油量分别为55,52和39g/g,稳定的结构可用于重复吸油,并具有一定的保油性能,预计在含油污水处理领域具有良好的应用前景。Cross-linked PVA-SbQ/BC composite aerogels were prepared using an environmentally friendly freeze-drying process.The PVA-SbQ/BC aerogel was rendered both superhydrophobic and superoleophilic after being treated with methy methyltrichlorosilane via chemical vapor deposition process.Successful silanization on the surface of the aerogel was confirmed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),and contact angle measurements.The results show that aerogel achieved maximum oil absorption capacities of 55,52 and 39g/g of silcone oil,machine oil and bean oil.Stable structure can be used to repeat oil absorption.The aerogel has a certain amount of oil retention capacity.In conclusion,the aerogel will have better application prospects in the area of oily wastewater treatment.
