内聚力:休闲类户外运动群体中的动力学阐释

摘　　要：从群体动力学视角,论述了休闲类户外运动内聚力的构成。休闲类户外运动群体的群体动力主要来源于内聚力;其中,任务内聚力包括活动中角色分配和联系、群体行为和领导方式。社交内聚力包括沟通交流、成员聚合力和归属情感。户外运动俱乐部应该重视群体内聚力的建设,以促进俱乐部健康发展。From the perspective of group dynamics, this paper discusses the composition of the cohesive force in the outdoorsports. The study shows that： the group dynamics of leisure outdoor sports groups are mainly derived from the cohesion. Among them,the task cohesion includes activities in the role of distribution and contact, group behavior and leadership style. Social cohesionincludes communication, cohesion and belonging. Sporting Club Hotel should attach importance to the construction of group cohesionin order to promote the healthy development of the club.
