补充牛蒡对力竭运动小鼠免疫及抗氧化功能的影响

摘  要:探讨牛蒡对力竭游泳运动小鼠免疫及抗氧化功能的影响。小鼠游泳训练4周后进行力竭游泳记录力竭时间,并测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力、胸腺及脾脏指数、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果发现,灌胃牛蒡后小鼠力竭运动时间延长,腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力增强,脾脏及胸腺指数显著增加;小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高,血清丙二醛(MDA)含量降低,说明牛蒡具有提高力竭小鼠免疫力和抗氧化功能作用。The effects of burdock on immune and antioxidative functions of exhausted mice of swimming were discussed. Thephagocytic activity of the macrophages, the thymus and spleen index, the activity of SOD and the concentration of MDA weredetected. Results indicated the duration of exhaustive swimming were lengthened, the ability of engulfing of abdominal cavity’smacrophages were increased, the spleen index, thymus index were improved, the activity of SOD was increased, the concentration ofMDA was decreased. Burdock can improve the immune and antioxidative functions of exhausted mice of swimming.
