摘　　要：当前河北省大学生创业与科技创新融合存在学生参与课题研究力度不够、科技创新能力不足等问题。推进大学生科技创业,亟待建立社会风险投资机制,广泛创建高校创业试验基地,谋求高校与企业在技术领域的深度合作,建立"校、企、生、政府四位一体"创业联动体系,健全相关法律法规。On the current integration of pioneering work and science and technology innovation in Hebei Province, the students＇devotion of participating in subject study is insufficient, and the lack of scientific and technological innovation ability etc. In order topromote technological venture, some suggestions including of establish social risk investment mechanism, the widely founding ofcollege enterprise test base, the hatches of the deep cooperation in technology innovation between the colleges and enterprise,construction of “Quaternity” linkage system involving school, enterprise, students, government and the perfect of laws and regulationson college students technological venture, were proposed.
