摘 要:为客观评估深基坑邻近的砌体结构房屋的安全风险等级,基于综合风险指数矩阵法建立具有实操性的安全风险评估模型。根据深基坑施工对房屋的影响机理及砌体结构的受损机理,从深基坑和砌体房屋2个方面各选取4个二级评价指标;利用层次分析法结合改进灰色关联度法确定指标权重;提出具有区分度的评价标准和赋值方法,并同时考虑修正系数来综合评定砌体房屋的安全风险等级;最后通过工程实例,该评价模型的可操作性和可靠性得到了有效验证。In order to assess the safety risk grades of masonry structure buildings adjacent to deep excavation ob-jectively,a practical model was proposed based on integrated risk index matrix method.Firstly,according to the effect mechanism of buildings affected by deep excavation construction and the damage mechanism of masonry structure buildings,4 evaluating indexes from deep excavation and another 4 indexes from masonry structure were selected separately.Then AHP and the improved grey relation degree method were used to decide the selected indexes'weights.A distinguishing evaluation standard and a chosen scoring method were then put forward and correction factors were considered to determine the safety risk grades for more accurate results.Finally,the oper-ability and reliability of this model were verified by actual engineering examples.
