摘  要:凸轮式行星传动轴承集合了变速器的变速传动作用和轴承的支承作用。在分析轴承的结构和工作原理的基础上,建立内齿圈齿廓曲线数学方程,运用Solidworks软件构建虚拟样机模型,再用ADMAS软件进行输出速度和推杆与内齿圈间接触力仿真;通过分析仿真结果,调整零件的尺寸,方便、快速、准确地实现结构尺寸的设计校核和优化。设计的轴承受力合理,传动比误差小,速度波动幅度小,传动更加平稳。The eccentric wheel handspike planetary transmission bearing incorporates the reduction effect of the reducer and the supporting role of the bearing. By analyzing the structure and work principle of the eccentric wheel handspike planetary transmission bearing,mathematic equation of inner ring gear tooth profile curve was established,the virtual prototype model was established by using Solidworks software,and output speed and contact force between push rod and the inner gear ring was simulated by the ADMAS software. Then by analyzing the simulation results and adjusting the size of the parts,it was convenient,fast and accurate to achieve the optimal design of structure size. The bearing so designed features reasonable load,small transmission ratio error,reduced speed fluctuation and more smooth drive.
