摘  要:应用B淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术,建立了5株稳定分泌抗空弯菌共同抗原(CA)单克隆抗体(McAb)的杂交瘤细胞株,其中4株的McAb针对CA中的耐热抗原成分,1株的McAb针对CA中的不耐热抗原成分。应用32种其它细菌对这些McAb的特异性检查表明,除与幽门弯曲菌发生交叉反应外,均为阴性反应。应用不同地区、不同来源的516株空弯菌对这些McAb进行检查,结果均为阳性反应。应用BA-ELISA、间接-ELISA对909份实际标本进行了检测,结果均与常规培养法无显著差异,可在28小时内报告结果。这表明本文研制的McAb对空弯菌的鉴定与检测具有特异、敏感和对本菌覆盖率高的特点,可用于人、兽空弯菌的鉴定与检验。Five hybridoma cell lines secreting monoclonal antibody (McAb) to common antigen (CA) of campylobacter jcjuni(Cj) were established. Fqur of them produced McAb against the heat-stable antigens, and the other one produced McAb against the heat-labile antigens of CA. The specificity was tested in 32 unrelated bacteria, No cross-reactions were seen except campylobacter pylpritis. The 516 stains of cj. from different sources were identified by McAbs,the results were all positive, which were identical with routine identification. The immunoassay can obtain the final results in 28 hours. These results showed that theMcAb was specific, sensitive and possessed a very high covering rate for identifying and detecting cj in humans and animals.
