摘 要:目的 对高通量血液透析与常规血液透析的临床疗效进行对比分析.方法 选取在我院进行血液透析的120 例患者作为本次实验的研究对象,并应用随机分组的方法将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组的患者进行常规血液透析治疗,观察组的患者给予高通量血液透析治疗,对两组患者血液透析后的血清白蛋白(ALB)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、肌酐(Cr)、血清尿素(Urea)等指标的变化情况进行对比分析.结果 血液透析后,两组患者的β2-MG、Cr、Urea 含量明显降低,对照组患者的ALB 含量明显降低,与透析前对比存在统计学差异(p〈0.05).血液透析后,研究组在β2-MG、Cr、Urea 含量下降幅度方面明显优于对照组(p〈0.05).结论 高通量血液透析能够对血液透析疾病患者进行治疗,与常规血液透析相比具有明显的优势,具备临床推广应用的价值.Objective the clinical curative effect of high flux hemodialysis and blood routine dialysis were compared.
