13132例四肢主要血管损伤的诊治分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨四肢主要血管损伤的有效诊治方法.方法 回顾性分析我院从2000 年～2014 年诊治的132 例四肢主要血管损伤患者.结果 132 例四肢主要血管损伤患者均得到早期诊断与正确治疗,予以一期截肢18 例,二期截肢5 例,成功修复106 例,3 例于急诊术后72 小时内死于并发症.结论 在血管损伤中应遵循生命第一、肢体第二的救治原则,早期诊断以及规范化、程序化的围手术期处理,是确保获得良好治疗效果的重要环节.Objective To investigate the effective method of diagnosis and treatment of major vascular injuries in extremities. Methods Aretrospective analysis of 132 patients with major vascular injuries in extremities from 2000 to 2014 in the 163 hospital of PLA. Results 132 patients were alldiagnosed early and well treated. 106 patients were received ideal effects, 23 patients were amputated, 3 patients were died because of complications within 72hours after operation. Conclusions The principle of management of vascular injuries is firstly to ensure life, then to repaire the blood vessel, to reconstruct theblood circulation. Only diagnosed early and well treated can we restore the function of extremities.
