铒激光联合NB-UVB及外用吡美莫司软膏治疗难治性局限性白癜风的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探究铒激光联合NB-UVB 及外用吡美莫司软膏治疗难治性局限性白癜风的临床治疗效果.方法 采用回归性分析的方法,将2014 年5 月~2015 年5 月在我院接受治疗的80 例难治性局限性白癜风患者的临床资料进行研究分析,并给予这80 例患者有效的分组,对照组40 例,给予NB-UVB 及外用吡美莫司软膏治疗;干预组40 例,在对照组治疗基础上给予铒激光治疗,对这两组治疗后的不良反应情况以及临床治疗效果进行比较分析.结果 经过不同方式的治疗,干预组患者治疗有效为38 例,占95%,对照组仅有24 例显示有效,占60%,两组差异较大（P〈0.05）,有一定的统计学价值.两组患者治疗过程中均无严重不良反应发生,其不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异（P〈0.05）.结论 对难治性局限性白癜风患者给予铒激光联合NB-UVB 及外用吡美莫司软膏治疗,能够有效改善患者的病情,无严重不良反应,临床治疗效果显著,可以在临床医学中得以广泛地推广应用.objective to explore the erbium laser joint NB - UVB and topical pyrazole beauty therapy of ointment in the treatment of refractorylocalized vitiligo treatment effect. Methods using the method of regression analysis, in May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital for treatment of theclinical data of 80 patients with refractory localized vitiligo research analysis, and give the effective group, 80 patients in control group 40 cases, give NB- UVB pyrazole beauty therapy and external use ointment treatment; Intervention group （40 cases in the control group, treatment with an erbium lasertreatment on the basis of adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment and clinical therapeutic effect of comparative analysis. Results afterdifferent ways of treatment, the effect of intervention group patients 38 cases, accounted for 95%, the control group only 24 cases showed effective,accounted for 60%, larger difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）, there are certain statistical value. In the process of the two groups of patients hadno serious adverse reaction, the incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion the limitations of refractory vitiligopatients give erbium laser joint NB - UVB and overlooks beauty therapy ointment for external use only, can effectively improve the patient＇s condition,no serious adverse reactions, clinical treatment effect significantly, can be widely applied in clinical medicine.
