摘　　要：FoxO是叉头框蛋白(FOX)家族的重要成员,在细胞增殖、凋亡、代谢、应激以及长寿方面发挥重要作用。FoxO3a主要表达于心脏,在调节心脏及相关疾病的发生发展中起主要作用,而成为研究的热点。本综述讨论FoxO3a的调控机制并聚焦其在心脏衰老过程中的最新进展。Forkhead box O （FoxO）, one of the Fox Family members, mediates many aspects of physiology, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, metabolism, stress and longevity. FoxO3a, which is mainly expressed in the heart, plays a major role in regulating the incidence and development of heart disease, and has become a hot research. This review discussed regulatory mechanisms on FoxO3a and focused its latest developments in the aging heart.
