摘 要:利用气相色谱法检测蔬菜中敌敌畏、甲胺磷、乐果等7种有机磷农药残留量。结果表明:7种有机磷农药在0.05μg/m L^10μg/m L浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.986~0.999。标准品浓度为1.0μg/m L时的加标回收率为71%~86%,RSD在5.8%~16.0%范围之间。标准品浓度为5.0μg/m L时的加标回收率为92%~96%,RSD在1.4%~5.0%范围内。气相色谱法可以满足检测蔬菜中有机磷农药残留的要求。To develop a gas chromatography method for determination of seven organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables, such as O,O-dimethyl-O-2,2-dichlorovinylphosphate(DDVP), methamidophos,dimethoate and so on. The results showed that calibration curves of seven organophosphorus pesticide were linear in range of 0.05 μg/m L-10 μg/m L with correlation coefficients of 0.986-0.999. The recovery at the concentration of 1.0 μg/m L was in the range of 71 %-86 % with relative standard deviation(RSD) in the range of 92 %-96 %, and the recovery at the concentration of 5.0 μg/m L was in the range of 92 %-96 % with RSD in the range of 1.4 %-5.0 %. The proposed method could meet the monitoring requirements of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables.
