摘　　要：研究中央级农业科研事业单位绩效考核实践,分析绩效考核中存在的问题,提出完善农业科研单位绩效考核体系要松绑绩效考核与年度考核的关系,加强绩效考核体系建设的科学化水平,强化院属科研单位绩效考核自主性的思路。Abstra ct The article from the practice of a central agricultural research institutions, through the comb and sum up the practice of performance appraisal content, analysis of the problems existing in the performance evaluation, according to the thinking, and then puts forward perfect institutions of agricultural scientific research performance appraisal system to be relaxed performance examination and annual assessment of the relationship, strengthen the scientific level of the performance appraisal system, enhance the autonomy of subordinate scientific research units.
