摘　　要：经济新常态对农业科研院所基层党组织建设提出了更高要求,新常态下加强农业科研院所基层服务型党组织建设具有重要的意义。本文结合农业科研院所基层服务型党组织建设实践,分析了新常态下农业科研院所基层服务型党组织建设存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出了"四位一体"改进措施。It puts forward a new and higher requirements to the construction of the agricultural research institutes＇ service-oriented party organizations in grass-roots.It has the vital significance to strengthen the construction of the agricultural research institutes＇ service-oriented party organizations in grass-roots under the new normal state. According to construction practice, the present paper analyzes the problems of the agricultural research institutes＇ service-oriented party organizations＇ construction under the new normal state,and puts forward the ＂one in four＂ improvement methods.
