农业科研单位如何发挥离退休人员正能量——以中国热带农业科学院橡胶研究所为例

摘　　要：离退休老同志有着良好的职业道德、工作技巧和处事方法,具有不可替代的政治、经验、威望和人才优势,如何发挥离退休老同志的正能量,促进科研单位稳定持续发展,是一项值得研究的课题。该文以中国热带农业科学院橡胶研究所为例,结合中国热带农业科学院橡胶研究所离退休人员的情况与特点,总结了离退休老同志发挥正能量作用的一些主要做法,并提出了在新形势下老同志为党的事业增添正能量的工作思路,以期为如何发挥离退休人员正能量提供参考。The retired staffs possess good professional ethics, working and communication skills. It is a valuable work to study how to hand down the positive energy of the retired staff of agricultural scientific research unit. In this research, we take the Rubber Research Institute as an example to analyze the status and characteristics of the retired staff. Then several methods of handing down the positive energy of the retired staff are summarized. Finally, some work ideas are proposed for the future on how to hand down the positive energy of the retired staff.
