改良TST治疗混合痔的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：为探讨改良TST治疗混合痔的临床疗效，将符合纳入标准的60例混合痔患者随机分为试验组和对照组，各30例，试验组行改良TST，对照组行常规TST。对比观察两组患者临床疗效、标本切除量及术后并发症发生情况。结果显示，在治愈率、标本切除量、术后肛门疼痛情况、首次排便通畅程度、肛缘水肿情况方面，试验组均明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。在术后排尿情况、大便次数、肛门坠胀感方面，两组比较差异均无统计学意义，P〉0．05。结果表明，与常规TST相比，改良TsT疗效更好，术后并发症更少。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of modified TST procedure for treating mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided 60 cases of mixed hemorrhoids who all meet inclusion criteria into trial group and control one, n = 30 for each;the former received modified TST procedure,while the latter, routine TST procedure;then the clinical effect, volume of resected specimen and the postoperative complica- tion incidence of both groups were observed and compared.As results,in curative rate,volume of resected specimen, and postoperative pain of anus, smooth degree of the first-time defecation, as well as anus-edge edema,the former were all superior than the latter（ P 〈0.05） ;but in postoperative urination,the time-number of defecation,and status on anal tenesmus there was no statistical difference between both groups（ P 〉0.05）.Results show that compared with routine TST procedure the modified one has more better effect and less postoperative complication.
